About Us

Tracey Miles is an Extended Scope Chartered Physiotherapist in Private Practice in East Kent. She qualified from St Mary’s Hospital, London in 1984, Physiotherapy graduate diploma 1991, she has over 30 years of experience. Tracey started her own Physiotherapy Clinic in 2000.

Regina Goode joined Overland Farm Clinic in March 2016. She is a Clinical Specialist Women’s Health Chartered  Physiotherapist. Regina qualified from Brighton University in 2004 she has over 12 yrs experience. Regina is currently on Maternity leave until June 2020.

Sarah Healy joined Overland Farm Clinic in May 2019. Sarah qualified in 2011 from Oxford Brookes University with First Class Honours in BSc Physiotherapy, and concurrently completed a Sports Massage Diploma, she has over 8yrs experiance.

Mrs Carry Hunt is the team administrator… she looks after everyone. Carry has been working with the team since June 2019 she is discreet, kind and listening – always happy to help

Having undertaken a comprehensive post-graduate training programme Tracey and Sarah are highly skilled in assessment and treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal injuries, they both use  ‘hands on’  treatments.  

 Tracey and Sarah enjoy treating complex muscle, joint and pain related disorders.  They treat men, women and children.  

Tracey and Sarah will check for any imbalances/ inconsistencies of the following;

  • Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Posture
  • Muscle Imbalance
  • Spinal Alignment
  • Biomechanics
  • Motor Control

Tracey  provides clinical education to physiotherapists, nurses and doctors.   She has  run training programs for Physiotherapists on the treatment of low-back and pelvic girdle disorders.

Sarah has a broad range of experience working both within the NHS and Private medical sectors in the UK and abroad. Sarah has worked with local football and rugby teams. Sarah’s area of clinical interest lies in musculoskeletal physiotherapy where she enjoys treating joint, muscle and pain complexities of the human body.  She remains evidence-based in her treatment approach and adopts a combination of manual techniques and exercise therapy to bring about the best results for her patients.

No show and short cancellation policy; if you book an appointment, which you do not attend (no show), and this happens more than once, you will be charged fully for this visit. This will also apply to same day cancellations with short notice.
Overland Farm Clinic  is a clean purpose built unit (converted stable on a working farm) with disabled access, waiting area, wc, treatment rooms, gym space and lots of free parking (there is even a bench to sit in the sunshine-if weather allows)
