COVID Statement

Following the announcement on Monday 4th January from the Prime Minister confirming a 3rd National Lockdown effective from 5th January 2021, we remain open as per government guidelines. We continue to follow a strict Covid-19 policy and have all the appropriate cleaning requirements and PPE in place to eliminate the risk of the spread of the virus within our clinic. The first 30-minute virtual appointment for each patient is held remotely either by phone or by video call (Skype or Zoom). The Physiotherapist will discuss the history for the problem and determine the best treatment options. The charge for a virtual appointment is £25. Should it be appropriate and the patient agrees, the patient may be invited to attend a face-to-face appointment under a strict safety and hygiene protocol. Our main priority is to keep our patients and staff as safe as possible.

If you already have a face-to-face appointment as part of your on-going treatment, we understand that you may not feel comfortable attending your appointment at this time. The video consults and telephone consultations have proven to be very effective at managing some patient follow up treatment. If you wish to change your appointment for a remote consultation, or you would like to cancel for now, then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to help you.

"Hi Carry, thank you so much for your voicemail and detailed message about the directions [due to unexpected road closure], it helped me enormously. I felt doubtful at the last right turn in case it was just going to a private road but had the confidence to stick with it until the familiar junction came into view because of your directions. Thank you for your thoughtfulness. " Sue/Jun-21
