COVID Statement

We remain open in line with government guidelines and those of our regulatory body, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists. We continue to follow a strict Covid-19 policy and have all the appropriate cleaning requirements and PPE in place to eliminate the risk of the spread of the virus within our clinic.

Our main priority is to keep our patients and staff as safe as possible.

For face-to-face appointments we request all patients to wear a face covering, have their temperature taken before entering the clinic room and wash hands before and after treatment. Anyone who has tested positive or believes they may be at risk of having the virus should not attend their appointment but advise us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements. The physiotherapist has the right to refuse treatment should there be any non-compliance of this policy.

Virtual 30-minute appointments remain available for any patient and are held remotely either by phone or by video call (Zoom). Virtual appointments have been received positively, providing benefit for those who have used them

If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to help you.
